When will my order be shipped?
Due to selling custom apparel processing time is 3-5 business days. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated to you via the email provided on the order. Please email if you have any questions to creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com
What are the sizing of shirts/crewnecks?
All t-shirts and crewnecks are unisex sizing. Size charts are listed under each item. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
Do you offer International shipping?
At this time we do not but plan on offering international shipping down the road. Please keep checking back and sign up for email updates.
When will I receive tracking?
You will receive tracking once your order has processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the package location to update.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds once the order is placed. We have limited inventory and once the order is placed we cannot make changes. We appreciate your understanding.
What do I do if my order tracking has been stuck or lost?
Once we ship your order we are no longer able to assist with lost packages. Please reach out to your local post office, etc. for information about your package.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If any items arrive damaged please reach out with a description and pictures (required) of the damage to creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivered date. If you message after 5 days, we cannot replace your item. We will do our best to evaluate the damage and make sure it is properly addressed.
How should I wash my tee and crewnecks?
We recommend washing your garments on cool inside out to preserve the design. We also recommend air drying your tee/crewneck. We do not recommend ironing over design.
My order is showing as delivered, but I am unable to locate my package. What should I do if I have waited the recommended 7 days?
If your order doesn't arrive please reach out to the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) so they can assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.
Can I return my order? We do not offer returns once the order is placed. If you are requesting a return due to damages please follow the instructions above.
I need to change my shipping address; what should I do?
Please email us as soon as possible to update your address. If your order has been processed and shipped we cannot make any updates.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth. All sales are final. Please check all information entered to ensure the correct address, promo codes, and credit card information are accurate. We are NOT responsible if the wrong information is entered on the order. Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
